Promara (proh-MAH-rah)

Promara  is a premium, dry white wine crafted by the Vouni Panayia Winery, located in the mountainous Paphos region of Cyprus. The wine is a pure expression of Promara, which is a rare and nearly forgotten indigenous Cypriot white grape variety.

Elegant, crisp, and mineral-driven. Aromas of citrus blossom, yellow apple, apricot, and green pear.

Excellent match with salty cheeses. 

750 ml - 13.5% ABV
