An exceptional organic dessert wine from Cephalonia that stands alone as the sole sweet wine made entirely from sun-dried Zakynthino grapes harvested from ancient, pre-phylloxera vines.  Rich, complex aromas of dried apricot, honey, orange peel, and grapefruit, balanced with fine, soft tannins and high concentration.

NO OAK 

Excellent with fruit tarts, orange pie, and apricot-based desserts.
