Vidiano ( Vee-thee-ah-NOH)

'Sole' Vidiano is a premium, dry white wine produced by  Biblia Chora estate in the Pangeon region of Macedonia, Greece. It is crafted primarily from the indigenous Cretan grape variety, Vidiano, blended with a small percentage of Assyrtiko.

Delicate notes of apricot, pear, quince, citrus, and white flowers, paired with hints of fresh herbs and minerality. Medium to full-bodied, with a rich, silky, and waxy mouthfeel balanced by a crisp, refreshing acidity and a creamy, lingering finish
